ELECTRIC TEPEE (1992)

So it's down to a three-piece now; Brock, Davey, and Chadwick.

Brock builds his own studio to ensure maximum control over the proceedings -- sounds like recipe for absolute disaster and so (of course, per the Hawkwind Quality Theorem) they produce an album as solid as Xenon.

Davey's "LSD"and Brock's "Right to Decide" are positively anthemic BLANGA.

There's a high instrumental-to-proper-song ratio, but the instrumentals are some of the crunchiest, most listenable ones in a decade.

Fabulous cover art, as well -- Native American Blanga in pictures, which appeals to the Cherokee in me.

Even "Mirror of Illusion" from the debut album BLANGA's on the rendition incuded on this record... no small feat.

A great stinky, if unexpected, pile of fun for all!

BLANGA SCORE: 7.
