LIVE SEVENTY-NINE (1980)

This sole product of the Brock / King / Bainbridge / Langton / Blake line-up is somewhat Schwarzeneggeresque -- tough but pointless.

Some respectable BLANGA lies herein, particularly on "Spirit of the Age" (which benefits from Blake's deft synth touches) and the a forementioned "Shot Down in the Night" (good BLANGA, rotten song.)

I dunno,though... I've heard all this stuff other places so the whole thing just leaves me yawning and grasping for anything to really discuss, pro or con.

BLANGA SCORE: 5.
