FAQ's:

What is this?:
It's a channel where we run 1/64 scale cars on a rolling road until they can run no more.
How long has the car been going?:
Look at the timer on the speedo..
Why don't you install a fan?:
We did, but it blew the dirt off the car so we removed it.
How do I get my name in the driver box??:
Become a channel member, all members rotate into the car and spend a scale LeMans stint length in the car untiil they rotate out, expect to be in theca +/-20 times a day.
Why don't you run a premium car with ruibber wheels?:
The second car we ran was a Hot Wheels Premium Soarer with rubber wheels, it lasted 3 days 4 hours. A MiniGT with rubber wheels sets of on Aug 1 2026.
Can I send you a car?:
So many people have asked this question it would be unfair to say yes.. we manage 3 cars per month at most, and have 20 cars in the queue at the moment, so if we add anither it will be over 6 months before it's run, and what if we get bored and sto by then? So, at the moment I've called a halt to mail ins, but when we start to run low on cars I'll openly ask if anyone wants to run one..
Is that a belt sander?:
Yes it is the sandpaper is 1000 grit to simulate a road.
What is "#TakeCar"?:
Someone in chat typed "take car" instead of Take Care when they were leaving, we pounced like hungry children and now it's the channels farewell message..
What makes of car do you run?:
All makes, but only at 1:64 scale until we get a bigger road (soon)
What holds the car down?:
Gravity.. it's held in place by clear bumpers eaither side and behind.
When does a run end?:
When the car could no longer run in real life, so if a wheel locks up or comes off, or the car flips off the track.. we generally have a vote in chat to see if it's done or not, the last hours of a car are great fun, if you can be in chat for the end it's worth the week long wait to get there!
Is the chat all about cars?:
No, it's a place for people who like the soothing background noise of a car on a belt to have friendly chat about anything they want..
Can I buy the car / What do you do with the old cars?:
I keep and clearcoat them, then I put them on display on a section of the road they ran on.
Why does the car have a name?:
When a new run starts chat get their heads together and create a name/persoanlity for that car..
Is you electricity bill massive??:
I's more than it was! But not by much, it's a DC sander, the PC doing the streaming uses more electricity.
Why?:
Because once you have the idea.....
